Retail Space Renovation
The building is an early 1900s era carriage house. Among other challenges, OHC needed to provide water, electric, and heat to the building, and remodel it to become usable and attractive retail space. The completed project features a three-season deck with gas stoves. The interior was remodeled to include a café and also retail clothing space. The completed project was featured in Berks County Living magazine.
