Business Storefront Renovation
The existing building was unattractive and outdated, and needed a fresh, inviting, new look, one that reflects the progressive nature of the client. One of objectives was to also reduce energy costs. OHC accomplished this by installing energy-efficient windows, incorporating insulated glass. This resulted in lowered heating and air-conditioning costs. The entrance foyer features an air lock where the first door closes before the second door opens, to reduce cooling or heat loss from customer and employee traffic. OHC also participated in remodeling of the building’s interior.
