Weinhold Postal Connection

Strip Mall Space Renovation
Weinhold Postal Connection leased strip mall space to operate the franchise they had bought. They Came to OHC to take care of zoning and building issues. Allen from OHC met with the municipality to determine any issues, and OHC also performed the actual remodeling work. The project included a fire-suppression sprinkler system and fire, panic, ADA compliance. OHC removed the remains of the prior tenant, (a cell phone store), and remodeled the entire interior.
