Porch Conversion
The Fays had an old and leaking porch. They sought out OHC because their good reputation, and a previous bad experience with another remodeler. Their porch roof was leaking, and they needed a room they could use year-around instead of the outdoor porch. OHC adjusted the roofline and pitch to add more slope so that water did not lay on the roof. They removed an existing kitchen window and door to create access to the new porch room, which has become cozy (and dry) living space.
