Kunsch Family Project

Garage Conversion (a design-build project)
The Kunsch family was looking for more living space within their home. They contacted OHC and, working with Allen, designed a plan to convert their garage into added living space. OHC created the architectural designs for the conversion and then performed all the remodeling work to make the plans become reality. The Kunsch family gained an additional bathroom and a beautiful new dining room, and OHC handled the entire project seamlessly, from initial design through sweeping up after the project was completed!

After "Allen was great to work with. He was patient as it was more than a year from the time I first met with him until our project actually began. He listened to our ideas & through numerous redrafts came up with a plan that was exactly what we wanted. He was very responsive to our concerns during the construction and as a result we now have an addition that is a beautiful asset to our home & which we will enjoy for many years to come.
