Mitzel Family Project

3-Story Addition (a design-build project)
This three story addition has it all: a basement playroom and a utility room; hot water heat in the flooring; a stunning first floor that features a living area surrounding a fireplace; and a third floor master bedroom with a vaulted ceiling that showcases exposed oak beams. Extras included a master bathroom addition, and the entire house was re-roofed and repainted. Working with a design-build company enabled the Mitzel’s to give their home an entirely new look, and the completed project looks like the addition was part of the original construction.
