Custom Addition (a design-build project)
We wish they’d come to us first! After months of frustration, the Moores had not found anyone to create a design that reflected their wishes. They were looking for a porch addition that would have the potential of becoming a year-around living space if it were closed in. The Moore’s property is unusual: instead of a more traditional downhill view, they have an uphill view, which allows them picturesque sunset views. They wanted to be able to sit on the upper level and enjoy the view from the windows. OHC installed custom windows to grant their wishes. Since completing that job, OHC has been invited back, performing an interior remodel of the home as well.
