Whitmoyer Project
Design Alteration
Vicky and Steve Whitmoyer came to Oregon Hill with a Home Alteration project to their daughter’s home. Throughout the process of this project, we created a design that would incorporate a bathroom in the Master bedroom. This bathroom was a completely new asset to the Master bedroom and as you can see in the photo gallery, include s a toilet, sink, and shower.
In addition to the bathroom, we were tasked with installing a doorway to the back sunroom which previously had no interior entrance. We took on this project by designing an entrance to the back porch that included a soffit to hide the plumbing leading to the second-floor bathroom without any intrusion into the floor space below.
Testimonial from the clientAllen designed and added a full bath to the master bedroom in our new home. The space was challenging, and we weren’t even sure it was possible, but Allen made it happen. He not only created a beautiful and workable bathroom design, but he guided us with choices of materials and fixtures along the way. Additionally, he opened a doorway from our office to our sunroom, making the sunroom much more accessible. He and his team worked quickly and professionally, were conscientious about keeping our home in order, and had the entire project done in just over a month. We are very happy with the work, and would highly recommend Oregon Hill Construction.
